This series tempering bending section uses specially made combined highly accurate benders, to drag follow-up amarid fiber rollers, and synchronized bending of quenches. The upper and lower pressing rollers force the glass to complete the bending, tempering and cooling during the swing. This synchronized bender is controlled both by mechanical and hydraulic devices. The computer automatically adjusts and changes the arc to realize synchronized bending for the whole arc position, which allows accurate bending arc position, rational bearing for the structure and stable and reliable running. Shape repeatability and consistent accuracy for tempered bending glass can be ensured. This series tempered bending production line is especially suitable for the glass production of highly accurate bending tempered glass, auto sidelights, shower cubicles, building decorations, industrial home appliances. Since the bending plane is horizontal with the direction of glass conveyance, the height of glass is restricted by the width of heating furnace.
