H2210# Pinhole-filling Super Fine Putty (1K NC putty) Composing: It is made from synthetic resin, fiber resin, pigment, various filling, anti sediment materials, addition agent and solvent. Characteristics: H2210# Pinhole-filling Super Fine Putty is easy to use, drying rapid, easy to sanding, anti-solvent penetration, and has a stronger adhesive force with finishing paint. It has the good filling and sealing property to sand hole, sandpaper scratch & scuffing, pinhole and other fine defects of burnished surface of putty and pirmer, all kinds of sealing coats, and before paint finishing paints. Field of Application: This product has the excellent construction performance, which can meet the leveling and smoothness of substrate surface before spray finishing paint. It is applied to the coating that has the higher requirement to appearance of all kinds of automobiles, motorcycles, metal products, etc., and can be as sealant of defect and indicator of precision grinding before spray the finishing paint. Main technical standard: Putty Criteria Outward appearance: No agglomeration and obvious granule, silver paste. Color & appearance: Red brown or Grey viscous colloid. Viscosity: More than 1000mPa.s. In volatile constituent (120 degree centigrade /1h): More than 45 %. Coating Film Capability Criteria Color: Silver red brown or grey. Hard dry time (25 degree centigrade): Less than 40 min. Scratching performance: Good handling, fine surface. Burnishing performance: Burnishing easy, not adhibit sandpaper. Adhesive force: Not less than grade 2. Reference for construction and notes: 1. Directly scrape on 1k primer coating or all kinds of primer surface with fine defects (sand hole, sandpaper scratch, etc) after burnishing, and can sanding and polish with water after 15 min of scraped (spray paint after water vapor dries well). This product is unsuitable for directly scratching on the surface of substrate. 2. Immediately cover it after use in order to avoid resulting in agglomeration due to the volatilization of solvent. When the viscosity increases, use Tiana water or white water to dilute it. Prohibit to use the bad quality thinner to dilute this product. Otherwise it will generate like bubbling, peeling off, badly descending adhesive force, and other questions. When the temperature is lower or the humidity is higher, the curing time will prolong. 3. The storage life is one year from the date of production (if it is beyond the storage life, please confirm according to the standard inspection; if the quality is still ok, you can used it continuously).
