The characteristic of black smoke disposal equipment
1. Stainless steel material: Most of the metal parts of the equipment which contacts
the soot are made of stainless steel material, ensuring that the equipment can
be used durably
2. Cylinder comb structured high effective electric field cell: the equipment adopts
our patent technology: cylinder comb structured electric field; its strength
can reach very high mean value. Ensuring the equipment possesses high efficiency
of smoke disposal. Combed structured electric field also possesses the characteristics
of good rigidity, easy to disassemble, convenient to clean, and so on
3. Assembled structured electric field: electric filed adopts multiple cells to assemble;
only one person can disassemble and replace the electric field, convenient
for the maintenance, overhauling and replacement of the equipment
4. Auto-cleaning device: The electric field brings remote controlled auto-cleaning
device, which can clean up the black smoke in the electric field, avoiding fussily
manual maintenance
5. Program controller bringing PLC: The running and cleaning procedure of the equipment both are controlled by PLC, achieves intelligentized motion. The equipment
can set different running mode by the clients' actual condition
6. Advanced and credible high voltage occurring and controlling circuit: After more

for the high voltage with very high security and reliability: The high voltage
transformer is vacuum affused epoxy solid transformer, adopts X style annular
iron core, power is strong, temperature rising is little, can endure concussion,
need no maintenance, has no electromagnetism radiation. This provides internal
guarantee for the equipment's running effectively and stably. The transformer
also brings the function of temperature-exceeding protection
7. Perfect static controlling circuit: The controlling of high voltage power supply
adopts the way of PLC invariable electricity source controlling, high voltage
output electricity is invariable, ensuring the smoke disposal efficiency of the
equipment is stably and reliably
Working flow and principle:
The black smoke is brought to heat exchanging style temperature descending device
by pipes to bring down the temperature of the smoke to less than 100°C, and
then brought to electrostatic black smoke disposal equipment to filtrate the smoke,
the filtrated smoke passes through the pipes and drawn out by the fan. The
cooling water in the heat exchanging style temperature descending device can be
used circularly.
For the smoke which temperature is lower than 100°C no need the temperature
descending device and cooling tower, it can be directly sent to electrostatic smoke
disposal equipment to filtrate.
