Ceramic random tower packing:
1) Excellent acid and heat resistance (acid: 99.8%; alkali: 92%), except against
corrosion by hydrofluoric acid
2) Due to its superior chemical and physical specialties, ceramic packing is widely
used for drying columns, adsorbing columns, cooling towers and scrubbing
towers in the chemical, metallurgical, coal gas and oxygen production industries
3) Main types: saddle ring, supper saddles, raschig ring, cross partition ring,
pall ring, conjugate ring, cascade ring
Plastic random tower packing:
1) Made of PE, PP, PVC, PVDF, CPVC
2) Plastic packing has the advantages of high void ratio, low pressure drop, low
mass transfer unit height, high flooding point, uniform gas-liquid contact, small
specific gravity, high efficiency of mass transfer
3) These various plastic tower packing are widely used in petroleum and chemical
industries, alkali chloride industries, gas industries and environmental protection
industries with max. temperature of 150°C
4) Main types: pall ring, polyhedral hollow ball, conjugate ring, teller rosette

1) Made of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy
2) Because of its thin wall, heat resistance, large void, high capacity, low resistance

rectifying towers; especially for temperature sensitive, and decomposable
